Moved check_repo function to utils, error controller check for first name in url, for this repo and only prints 404 make repo template if repo does not exists, moded check repo from admin

Installation and Setup

Install ``pylons_app`` using easy_install::

    easy_install pylons_app

Make a config file as follows::

    paster make-config pylons_app config.ini

Tweak the config file as appropriate and then setup the application::

    paster setup-app config.ini

Then you are ready to go.
