Added universal cache invalidator for two cached functions.
added invalidation when repository was added or deleted, and another invalidation when there was a mercurial command involved.

Installation and Setup
======================

Install ``pylons_app`` using easy_install::

    easy_install pylons_app

Make a config file as follows::

    paster make-config pylons_app config.ini

Tweak the config file as appropriate and then setup the application::

    paster setup-app config.ini

Then you are ready to go.
