diff: refactor table styling to clarify how classes are applied to tr or td

The styling is so specific that the generic selectors are misleading.

The font styling will now also be put on the <td> instead of just on the <a> it
might contain.

# celeryd - run the celeryd daemon as an upstart job for kallithea
