Spotted by pytypes:

File "kallithea/bin/base.py", line 133, in make_config: Function BinaryIO.write was called with the wrong arguments [wrong-arg-types]
Expected: (self, s: Union[bytearray, bytes, memoryview])
Actually passed: (self, s: str)
