i18n: be: fix syntax errors

Causing errors on 'msgmerge', both locally as by weblate, e.g.:

$ msgmerge --backup=none --previous --update kallithea/i18n/be/LC_MESSAGES/kallithea.po kallithea/i18n/kallithea.pot
